Christmas 2015

We have some super vintage-pastel Christmas items for you this holiday. These include bottle brush trees made from sisal and discarded fabric and wood scraps, book page trees, decorative tree tassels made from book pages and recycled fabric and ribbon scraps, 3D hanging stars made from discarded food packaging, cute miniature hanging wreaths made from recycled Christmas tree branches, giftwrap and toppers all from recycled stuff. Shabby Chic gifting

Happy spring! We've just finished a little range of shabby chic French vintage styled gift tags and notepegs. There are 4 variations so far. I'm sure we're going to come up with more in the near future and we'll share them right here. These are perfect for adding a special unique touch to a personal gift or wedding favours. Currently we have 2 tag shapes, a standard rectangular tag that comes in packs of 5 for R45, and a heart that comes in packs of 3 for R40. The magnetic notepegs are R60 for a pack of 3. These make great giftbag closers. These aren't yet up on our online shop so please email us (whimsy@cosmic-creations.net) to place orders. We will create custom colour combos on request or to match your event colour theme.

Gift Cards Mothers' Day 2015

For Mother's Day we made these cute little vintage-styled gift cards. They're 7 cm square and come with an envelope. They're made from paper scraps, fabric scraps and sparkly bits of leftovers. We're selling them at Ilana's May 2015 Open Days market so pop along and buy one for your mom!

Designer seed packets

Seed packet envelopes are handy for a lot of things from using for gift cards, letters photos, or just storing random sentimental notes or bits and piecs. Ours are designer-made from recycled magazine pages and embellished with bits of washi tape and sparkly things. They close with a heart clasp. Here are some of our first designs.

WREATHS

We've turned some of our paper flowers into wreaths so you can hang them in your favourite places, use them for party or wedding decor. And some of them are scented with essential oils so are perfect for hanging in a breezy window or doorway, in your wardrobe, or even in your car.

PAPER FLOWERS

Our paper flowers, made from recycled book pages and other bits and pieces, are great to use for a variety of craft projects. Here are some examples of projects our flowers have been used for from plaque embellishments to headbands, clips, candle holder decoration and wreaths. Hope you're inspired.

PARTY PINS

The party pin is a versatile little item. Basically, it's a wooden toothpick with a point on one end and some sort of embellishment at the other. At the moment I make 2 different types of floral party pins. One with a recycled paper rose and one with a crepe-paper flower. You also have the choice of an added name tag. Current stock that we have ready-to-buy can be viewed and purchased via our online shop. If you want a different colour scheme to match your event decor then just let us know and we'll make them up for you.
